Polyurethane Grout Migrates through Rock

Hyperflex, a single component polyurethane grout, migrates through fractured rock after being injected via a mechanical packer. The fractures were allowing groundwater to infiltrate a mine and needed to be stopped. The liquid Hyperflex will eventually cure and become a semi-flexible foam. Only 2% moisture is required to begin the foaming process. Hyperflex is manufactured by SealGuard, Inc. and is NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 approved for contact with potable water. The grouting was done by Sub-Technical, Inc.
