Grouting Products for Water and Ground Control
Our standard formulations are generally suitable for the majority of projects, however there are circumstances which require specific properties. We are able, whenever necessary, to custom formulate with such variances as additional flame retardant or increased reactivity, which may be a prerequisite for certain site specific performance characteristics.
These needs can be met in short order due to our on site blending capability, an offering that no other contractor can make.

Grouting Accessories
High Pressure Injection Packers
Our standard packer for injection at pressures up to 5,000 P.S.I., is manufactured to precise standards and incorporates built-in static mixing for a thorough blend. Setting is accomplished mechanically by a secure split shell anchor and sealed by an expansive high durometer rubber bladder. The system incorporates extension rods allowing the packer to be set at any depth required. Required hole diameter is 1 3/8" O.D.
Inflateable Geotechnical Series Packers
The unitized design of these units allows interconnection of units to create "straddle" packers for zone application. These are single use units available in a variety of lengths and diameters. A simple affordable alternative to costly "oilfield" specification packer systems.
Low Pressure Concrete Repair Packers
These low cost items are ideal for concrete repair grouting using our "Hyperflex" single compound grout. They incorporate a standard zerk fitting and rubber expansion seal. Available diameters are 1/2" and 5/8", in a variety of lengths.
